All sales are final. Each piece is handmade with care, so I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure you order the correct ring size before checking out! I recommend getting sized at a local jeweler or using a reliable ring sizer at home. If you're unsure about your size or have questions about a piece, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so I can assess the issue. While I do my best to pack everything safely, once an order is shipped, I’m not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Be sure your shipping info is accurate at checkout! I can help guide you through contacting the carrier, but I can’t issue refunds for delivery problems outside my control.

I currently don’t offer resizing services, so again, double-check that ring size! If something breaks or needs repair, feel free to message me. I may be able to help for a small fee depending on the materials and the nature of the repair.
